Users have the right to access their purchased content and receive support for registration-related issues. Users also have the right to provide feedback and file complaints as outlined in our support and complaint resolution company policy.

In cases of an applicant failing to achieve the necessary criteria for registration, the applicant may request one application review per application, which will be subject to an further and independent review against the application criteria. For Professional Examinations and CV experience evaluations, no re-submission opportunities shall be available for registration purposes, unless deemed applicable under terms of dispute resolution. 

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where The RISC Organisation Limited is based. Users agree to seek mediation before pursuing any legal action. Limitation of liability shall be set at the application fee, less any applied administration fees of The RISC Organisation Limited which will be capped at forty percent of the application fee.

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the website or via email. Continued use of the service after any changes will constitute your consent to such changes.
